* Spearhead teacher supervision and project operations to ensure seamless daily execution. * Architect schedules for teachers and outreach events to maximize community engagement. * Foster a strong community presence by promoting programs and services through strategic outreach. * Drive collaboration through active participation in meetings, workshops, and training sessions. * Support the MEAL Officer and Technical Officer in organizing meetings and training initiatives. * Conduct home visits to identify and support irregular learners, ensuring inclusive education. * Facilitate open communication with the project team, local government, and stakeholders to promote synergy. * Oversee logistics management for field activities, ensuring efficient and effective implementation. * Uphold national and international humanitarian standards, adhering to best practices. * Champion organizational policies, including Child Safeguarding, PSEA, Gender, Anti-Money Laundering, Whistle Blowing, and other core policies.
