• Architect microbiological standards for raw materials, process water, and finished products, including sterility testing of parenteral preparations, aligned with compendium requirements. • Develop and implement test procedures for comprehensive microbiological analysis, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines. • Drive the establishment of microbiological standards across production locations, environments, water systems, and laboratory settings, including testing booths. • Lead the collection of samples in accordance with Good Sampling Practices (GSP) and conduct microbiological analysis of diverse products, such as liquids, creams, ointments, and parenteral preparations. • Determine the potency of antibiotics in raw materials and finished products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. • Manage and execute Environmental Monitoring programs, including reviewing records, investigating deviations, and implementing corrective actions. • Oversee routine microbiological testing of purified water and treated water/potable water at predetermined frequencies, ensuring quality and safety standards. • Conduct particle analysis to detect visible and sub-visible particles in sterile products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
