* Drive the development and execution of BRAC's Rohingya mid-term strategy and humanitarian priorities by generating actionable insights and managing knowledge products. * Inform strategic positioning through analytical inputs on policy shifts, donor priorities, and geopolitical developments, and contribute to internal strategy discussions and decision-making processes. * Architect BRAC's advocacy narratives on Rohingya and humanitarian issues, ensuring alignment between strategy, messaging, and external positioning. * Create high-impact communication and knowledge products, including talking points, op-eds, presentations, and policy briefs, to support senior leadership engagement and informed decision-making. * Foster collaboration with internal teams to gather and consolidate information, and coordinate the development of strategic summaries and presentations. * Lead the organization of meetings, workshops, and seminars to advance joint solutions for humanitarian challenges and strengthen internal collaboration and partnership engagement. * Synthesize insights from research, field inputs, and external stakeholders to generate actionable recommendations for advocacy, programming, and strategic decision-making. * Champion safeguarding practices to ensure the safety and well-being of programme participants, team members, and external stakeholders, and establish a safe working environment. * Embed safeguarding standards into every aspect of work, promote a culture of safeguarding, and encourage reporting of any incidents or concerns. * Manage and respond to safeguarding incidents, and provide guidance and support to team members to ensure the implementation of safeguarding policies and procedures.
