Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead market research to uncover new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve in industry trends. * Drive sales growth by consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets. * Deliver exceptional after-sales support to foster long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. * Manage key accounts, including corporate and government clients, to drive revenue and expand our customer base. * Develop and present comprehensive sales targets and business development plans to top management on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. * Identify, engage, and acquire new clients by understanding their needs and proposing tailored software solutions that meet their requirements. * Architect and navigate the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closure, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience. * Prepare and submit compliant tender documents, including EOI, RFP, and RFQ, to secure new business opportunities. * Pursue and secure new business opportunities in software solutions and IT-enabled services to drive growth and expansion. * Generate high-quality leads through research, networking, and industry connections to fuel sales pipeline growth. * Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our products and services. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market analysis to effectively position our products and services. * Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, providing forecasting and reporting to top management to inform business decisions. * Ensure effective follow-up on bids, proposals, and client communications to drive sales closure and customer satisfaction.

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Business Studies
  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • MBA/Master’s degree in Business / Marketing/ CES

Additional Requirements

  • Only Male
  • Experience in ERP, HRMS, Mobile Apps, Website, Digital Marketing, SEO, Ecommerce or enterprise software solutions
  • Proven experience in software sales / IT-enabled product sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skill and corporate dealings
  • Ability to Team work and achieve sales targets
  • Knowledge of proposal writing and documentation for large-scale IT projects
  • Strong professional network in corporate and government sectors
  • Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Familiarity with e-GP (Electronic Government Procurement) system
  • Experience in software/ERP sales
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
