Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead the overall sewing process, ensuring adherence to buyer standards and driving excellence in production. * Champion 5S and housekeeping initiatives, maintaining a pristine work environment and promoting a culture of accountability. * Architect operator training plans, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. * Collaborate with the pre-production team to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring seamless production workflows. * Drive the preparation and implementation of critical training programs, focusing on quality and production processes. * Manage the planning and execution of bulk sewing methods, attachments, and machinery setup, ensuring readiness for production. * Oversee the preparation of daily inputs, trims, and accessories, submitting reports to senior management and ensuring timely production starts. * Lead the team in achieving monthly production targets, collecting and analyzing manpower requirements to inform strategic planning. * Foster a culture of productivity and efficiency, with a focus on first-hour performance and continuous improvement. * Develop and implement monitoring systems for new workers, tracking attendance, production, and quality metrics over a 7-day period. * Analyze attendance forecasts and develop balancing reports to minimize absenteeism and optimize team performance. * Facilitate daily closing meetings with supervisors and input teams, discussing forecasts, balancing, and input requirements. * Track PO completion reports, ensuring daily recuts of damaged quantities to meet production targets. * Manage shipment workflows, verifying damage repairs and ensuring timely closure of shipments. * Ensure built-in quality processes align with ISO: QMS standards, driving continuous improvement and excellence. * Monitor hourly production metrics, making adjustments as needed to maintain plan adherence. * Coordinate garment handovers to finishing teams, meeting PED deadlines and ensuring seamless production workflows. * Optimize raw material utilization, aligning with planned targets and minimizing waste.

Requirements

Experience

At least 4 years

Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

  • Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities
