Key Responsibilities
* Drive claims processing and management for home health care services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company policies and regulations.
* Lead verification of patient eligibility and benefits, collaborating with healthcare providers to obtain necessary documentation.
* Architect and implement effective communication strategies with parents, providers, and insurance companies to resolve discrepancies or denials.
* Manage and maintain accurate records of claims, payments, and correspondence, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, analyzing and interpreting changes in insurance policies and regulatory requirements to inform claims processing.
* Develop and deliver training and support programs for new team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
* Design and generate reports on claims processing metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Foster strong relationships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and internal stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation.
* Provide financial analysis and insights, developing and presenting reports to senior management, including the CEO, on key financial metrics and performance measures.
* Partner with senior leaders to conduct price and rate analysis, develop sliding fee scales, and inform revenue cycle management strategies.
* Support external audits, providing analysis and information as needed, and obtaining necessary documentation to ensure compliance.
* Lead or participate in special projects, driving process improvements and developing new procedures to enhance performance.
* Collaborate with business management and clinical teams to develop and implement new procedures, improving overall performance and efficiency.
* Assist with EMR inquiries, medical record keeping, and maintaining a well-organized office environment.
* Develop and implement financial analysis tools and analytics, driving business growth and informed decision-making.
* Drive business outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership, and contributing to the development of strategic plans and initiatives.
Requirements
Experience
3 to 5 years
Skills
Strong organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to supervise in accordance with Agency policies and applicable laws.Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.Effective time management.Cooperative and professional attitude.Advanced written and verbal communication skills.Basic math skills related to patient care.Ability to work longer as/if needed.Ability to multitask while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

Additional Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate world with demonstrated leadership and managerial skills.
