Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead technical vision and strategy across multiple functions, including production, QA, maintenance, design, and development
* Architect product feasibility, costing, and risk assessment frameworks to drive informed decision-making
* Foster a culture of innovation, leveraging expertise in garment construction, machinery utilization, and process optimization
* Optimize factory efficiency through strategic line balancing, capacity planning, and SMV control
* Analyze key performance indicators, such as efficiency, delivery timelines, and rejection rates, to inform data-driven decisions
* Drive the adoption of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen principles to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement
* Oversee Industrial Engineering functions, including work study, method improvement, and productivity benchmarking
* Develop and maintain accurate SMV libraries and operational breakdowns to inform optimization efforts
* Streamline manpower, layout, and workflow to maximize productivity and efficiency
* Develop and implement robust quality systems, ensuring compliance with buyer standards and international regulations
* Champion defect reduction initiatives, focusing on Right First Time production and minimal DHU
* Lead cross-functional teams, including sample development, tech pack review, and pre-production meetings
* Ensure seamless handovers from development to bulk production, troubleshooting technical issues as needed
* Collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to drive business objectives
* Mentor and lead large technical teams, including IE, QA, and Production Managers, to drive technical excellence
* Serve as a technical liaison with buyers, addressing queries and concerns as required

- B.Sc. in Textile Engineering / Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) / Apparel Manufacturing

- Proven leadership in large-scale factory operations
- In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and automation
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
