* Spearhead sales operations and drive business growth in the agro sector by leveraging strong field experience and in-depth knowledge of seed and agrochemicals products and market dynamics. * Architect and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth. * Drive network expansion by establishing and maintaining a robust dealer and distribution network to increase market reach and penetration. * Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, farmers, and industry stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships and collaborations. * Lead cross-functional teams to conduct market research and competitor analysis, providing actionable intelligence to inform business decisions. * Design and implement promotional campaigns and field visits to promote products and services, driving sales and revenue growth. * Manage and supervise the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high-performance and achievement of sales targets. * Oversee credit management, ensuring effective and efficient management of credit customers to maximize sales output and maintain healthy cash flow. * Develop and manage operational reports, forecasts, and sales analytics to inform business decisions and drive growth. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations, aligning sales strategies with business objectives and goals. * Drive PnL ownership, taking full responsibility for the Input Business Profit and Loss, and making strategic decisions to optimize profitability and growth.
