Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talent for open positions. * Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new employees. * Champion data accuracy by maintaining up-to-date employee records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. * Drive payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. * Architect and implement HR policies and procedures that align with Bangladesh Labor Law and industry best practices. * Foster a culture of high performance by conducting regular appraisals, managing employee relations, and resolving grievances. * Cultivate a positive work environment by promoting open communication, empathy, and conflict resolution. * Oversee administrative tasks, ensuring the HR department operates efficiently and effectively. * Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring current HR trends, adopting best practices, and applying insights to drive business growth. * Leverage exceptional listening and communication skills to build strong relationships with staff at all levels. * Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. * Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex HR challenges and develop proactive solutions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently to drive HR initiatives forward. * Apply in-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law to inform HR decisions and ensure compliance. * Develop and refine HR policies and procedures that drive business outcomes and support employee well-being. * Utilize Microsoft Office Suite expertise, particularly in Microsoft Excel, to analyze data and inform HR strategies. * Leverage experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency. * Communicate effectively in English and Bangla, both verbally and in writing, to engage with diverse stakeholders.

  • Master's degree in business administration (MBA) with a major in Human Resource Management
