* Spearhead the procurement process for local tools, machinery, and administrative equipment, ensuring seamless execution. * Drive the purchasing process by meticulously reviewing Purchase Requisitions, analyzing user needs, and issuing Requests for Quotation to suitable vendors. * Lead the evaluation of quotations, assessing both commercial and technical aspects, and collaborate with end-users to shortlist preferred suppliers. * Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal commercial value for the organization, converting Purchase Requisitions into approved Purchase Orders. * Manage the approval process, navigating through appropriate channels and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient procurement.
