* Spearhead loan distribution, installment collection, and new member enrollment to drive business growth. * Identify and select suitable loan recipients, ensuring a credit supervisor's loan portfolio exceeds 80 lakh to 1 crore. * Lead team formation by selecting members, obtaining branch manager approval, and completing the formation process. * Initiate weekly savings collection after team formation and manage a specified number of associations based on branch size and requirements. * Facilitate weekly meetings, record team resolutions, and ensure member attendance. * Collaborate with the selection committee to nominate loan recipients for approval. * Achieve 100% daily loan installment collection to maintain exceptional credit performance. * Maintain accurate records, including office attendance and movement registers. * Verify loan utilization, ensuring borrowers use funds for intended purposes. * Submit daily reports according to established formats and schedules. * Execute additional tasks as directed by authorities to support organizational objectives. * Drive community development by providing microcredit services to disadvantaged populations. * Foster strong relationships with community members, promoting financial inclusion and social empowerment.
