Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales growth by leading a high-performing territory sales team to exceed primary, secondary, and collection targets.
• Architect and manage a robust distribution network by appointing and developing strategic distributors, optimizing floor stock, and ensuring profitability.
• Identify and capitalize on market opportunities by analyzing gaps and recruiting new distributors to expand coverage.
• Develop and execute effective Route-to-Market (RTM) plans to maximize sales and revenue.
• Boost team productivity and efficiency by leveraging Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools and ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Motivate and incentivize the field force to achieve monthly targets and earn performance-based rewards.
• Conduct regular market visits to ensure compliance with Performance Job Plans (PJP) and stay attuned to market trends.
• Implement damage control measures to minimize losses and maintain expiry rates within approved limits.
• Design and execute trade promotions, consumer offers, and merchandising initiatives to drive sales and brand visibility.
• Ensure seamless stock availability and prominent shelf placement at retail outlets to maximize customer reach.
• Attract, recruit, and retain top talent by hiring skilled Sales Officers and Merchandisers who fit the company's culture and values.
