Senior Sustainability Manager

* Drive the development and implementation of Tchibo's human rights strategy and sustainability agenda across South Asia, reporting directly to headquarters in Germany. * Co-lead the flagship WE Program, ensuring its effectiveness in improving factory human rights conditions through enhanced management-worker dialogue and worker voice. * Architect and manage a multi-channel grievance mechanism, handling complaints in a timely and effective manner, and documenting resolutions. * Foster strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including unions, worker organizations, and employer bodies, to promote constructive dialogue and influence industry partners. * Represent Tchibo in high-level forums, advocating for the company's human rights and sustainability agenda. * Collaborate with sourcing colleagues to integrate sustainability into business decisions, driving continuous improvement across the supply chain. * Lead stakeholder engagement and outreach efforts in South Asia, building partnerships with NGOs, multi-stakeholder initiatives, and peer brands. * Develop and implement worker engagement programs, leveraging expertise in social dialogue and collective bargaining processes. * Analyze and improve grievance mechanisms and case management processes, ensuring best-in-class practices. * Stay up-to-date on industry frameworks, initiatives, and factory monitoring approaches, applying knowledge to drive Tchibo's sustainability agenda. * Manage programs and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including factory managers, workers, and critical stakeholders. * Travel locally and internationally to drive business objectives and build strategic relationships.
