• Spearhead troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues across desktops, laptops, and peripherals to ensure seamless operations. • Architect and maintain IT hardware infrastructure for ongoing projects, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity. • Design, configure, and optimize network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi routers, switches, and LAN systems, to drive connectivity and efficiency. • Develop and implement configuration and maintenance strategies for MikroTik Router Board devices, ensuring optimal performance. • Oversee and maintain CCTV systems, proactively identifying and resolving issues to guarantee uninterrupted functionality. • Deploy, configure, and support corporate software applications, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting. • Deliver intermediate-level hardware support, leveraging in-depth knowledge of computer components and maintenance best practices. • Drive timely issue resolution at project sites, ensuring prompt and effective technical support. • Manage and maintain accurate IT inventory records, safeguarding hardware assets and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. • Proactively provide preventive maintenance support, anticipating and mitigating potential system downtime to ensure business continuity. • Foster collaborative relationships with the Head Office and supervisors, working closely to complete assigned IT tasks efficiently and effectively. • Champion IT governance, adhering to guidelines, policies, and instructions from the Head Office to ensure timely completion of all responsibilities.
