Sr. Executive Commercial (Export)- For RMG

* Spearhead online shipment booking and documentation for export operations, ensuring seamless execution. * Architect commercial documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Detailed Packing Lists, to facilitate export processes. * Foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including merchandisers, factories, buyers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs offices, to drive business growth. * Navigate customs procedures for import and export goods, ensuring timely clearance and transportation. * Develop and submit Export Bills to banks, negotiating and purchasing as per L/C terms to optimize financial outcomes. * Drive digital document submission through the EPB Portal, leveraging online Rex Document capabilities. * Ensure compliance with EPB and BGMEA regulations, maintaining accurate documentation for UD, CO, GSP, and other commercial activities. * Leverage expertise in EPB, CO, GSP, B/L, and other commercial documents to inform strategic business decisions. * Drive export and import operations via L/C and T/T, as well as freight forwarding, to achieve business objectives. * Coordinate with inspection companies, C&F agents, and freight forwarders to ensure efficient logistics management. * Tackle commercial tasks and projects assigned by management, delivering results-driven solutions to drive business success.
