Key Responsibilities
* Lead daily workshop operations, driving efficient workflow, high-quality vehicle repairs, and adherence to safety standards in accordance with MSF protocols and procedures.
* Oversee and manage the mechanical servicing of vehicles, generators, and small motorized equipment, ensuring compliance with MSF standards and procedures.
* Architect and implement schedules for periodic vehicle servicing, including corrective, predictive, and preventive maintenance, to ensure optimal fleet performance.
* Drive the execution of service procedures and protocols, ensuring mechanics and assistant mechanics perform tasks correctly, timely, and in accordance with logbook instructions.
* Collaborate with mechanics to deliver complex and special services, determining the need for urgent, unscheduled, or scheduled interventions.
* Conduct quarterly inventories of workshop tools and equipment, identifying and replacing missing items to maintain operational efficiency.
* Manage market assessments and evaluations of local providers to ensure timely and high-quality spare parts delivery.
* Partner with the procurement team, store keeper, and mechanics to identify missing spares, place orders, and maintain optimal stock levels.
* Monitor incoming and outgoing deliveries, performing quality control checks on spare parts and consumables.
* Provide weekly stock level updates to the line manager, ensuring availability and rational use of spare parts and consumables.
* Supervise and lead the logistics team, overseeing daily work quality, drawing up schedules, and organizing team meetings.
* Develop and implement HR processes, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and internal and external communication, to ensure the mechanics team has the required knowledge and skills.
* Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports to the workshop manager, implementing reporting practices and protocols to maintain accurate vehicle documentation and inspection reports.
* Ensure compliance with MSF standards, protocols, and procedures, driving a culture of safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction within the workshop.

- Certificate in mechanics
- Diploma in Automotive Engineering
