Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of 20 Regional HR Executives nationwide, driving strategic alignment and supervising their activities to achieve HR objectives. * Architect effective onboarding plans, ensuring seamless integration of new employees into the organization. * Manage and maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital, with meticulous documentation. * Oversee attendance and leave management for sales personnel, ensuring timely and accurate salary processing and TADA administration. * Drive departmental clearance for separated employees, facilitating final settlements in compliance with labor laws and company policies. * Streamline employee confirmation processes, reviewing documentation and approving confirmations to ensure data accuracy. * Collaborate with regional HR and Sales Admin teams to resolve discrepancies, fostering a culture of open communication and issue resolution. * Develop and maintain the HRIS database, ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational standards. * Design and generate HR reports, including attendance, payroll, turnover, manpower, and cost analysis, to inform business decisions. * Support audit requirements by maintaining meticulous documentation, ensuring transparency and compliance. * Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and workflow improvements, driving process efficiency and effectiveness. * Analyze and manage payroll budgets, including manpower costs, to optimize resource allocation. * Facilitate yearly employee appraisals, promoting performance development and growth. * Investigate exit data and attrition trends, identifying root causes of turnover and providing actionable, retention-focused recommendations to stakeholders.

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • MBA in HRM
