* Spearhead fabric receiving operations, ensuring timely inspection and documentation to meet sales demands. * Architect a robust storage system, adhering to SOPs, and maintain meticulous records of inventory classification and codification. * Drive efficient inventory management, including leftover fabric control and record-keeping to minimize waste and delays. * Ensure seamless fabric delivery to the cutting department, resolving any issues promptly to avoid production disruptions. * Leverage expertise in Excel and ERP to optimize fabric-related processes and inform data-driven decisions. * Conduct daily GEMBA walks and process audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. * Supervise and guide team members, providing training, motivation, and performance evaluations to achieve business objectives. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement, hosting weekly problem-solving sessions and promoting KAIZAN principles. * Ensure strict adherence to Epyllion Group policies, buyer requirements, and regulatory standards. * Lead monthly performance evaluations, aligning team goals with business objectives and driving functional reporting and compliance. * Embed a culture of accountability, reporting process deviations and collaborating with the team to implement corrective measures.
