* Drive the Offline Coating production line to achieve exceptional quality, safety, and productivity standards * Operate and optimize coating machines, leveraging expertise in both solvent-based and water-based technologies * Architect machine settings, including temperature, tension, speed, and curing conditions, to meet precise specifications * Spearhead quality control initiatives, ensuring coating properties such as GSM, adhesion, COF, and surface characteristics meet stringent requirements * Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency * Lead trial runs for new products, raw materials, and process enhancements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation * Manage waste reduction, defect minimization, and downtime mitigation strategies to ensure seamless production operations * Foster collaboration with production, maintenance, quality, and R&D teams to ensure alignment and synergy * Maintain accurate and up-to-date production reports and process records, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement * Champion safety and environmental compliance, adhering to rigorous standards and promoting a culture of responsibility and sustainability
