Manager – Quality Management System (QMS)

* Spearhead the QMS department, driving a "zero-defect" culture across production units to ensure garments meet international buyer standards. * Architect a robust Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001:2015 and buyer-specific protocols, ensuring seamless system implementation. * Develop and deploy Standard Operating Procedures for key production stages, including fabric inspection, cutting, sewing, and finishing, to standardize processes. * Foster strong relationships with external auditors and buyer QAs, serving as the primary point of contact and liaison. * Drive the Corrective and Preventive Action process, conducting thorough Root Cause Analysis to address quality failures and shipment rejections. * Champion continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging Lean tools and the Traffic Light System to optimize production efficiency and reduce defects. * Design and deliver regular training programs for quality teams, supervisors, and staff, focusing on defect identification, measurement techniques, and quality control best practices.
