Pharmacy Storekeeper

* Drive pharmacy and medical warehouse operations to maintain optimal stock levels and adherence to recommended storage conditions, collaborating with the logistics team and under the supervision of the Pharmacy Supervisor. * Oversee material orders and dispatching to ensure rational use, receiving and verifying deliveries, and storing materials according to established protocols. * Architect a well-organized storage system, ensuring pharmaceutical standards are met, and maintaining accurate stock records, including entries on stock cards and software. * Lead regular inventory exercises, including EPREP stock, and monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts, expiry date breaches, and other anomalies, reporting concerns to the Pharmacy Supervisor. * Manage the preparation and dispatch of orders for various consumption units, ensuring proper packaging, reporting anomalies, and informing the Pharmacy Supervisor when stock levels reach alert limits. * Ensure warehouse facilities are secure, well-maintained, and compliant with MSF Supply and Cold Chain protocols, including temperature control and refrigeration equipment maintenance. * Implement access controls, restricting warehouse entry to authorized personnel, and maintain a clean and secure environment, reporting any issues or incidents to the line manager. * Isolate and safely store items subject to quality alerts, batch recalls, or expiry, removing them from the main stock and ensuring they are securely locked. * Develop and submit reports on stock levels, consumption patterns, and other key performance indicators, providing insights to inform decision-making. * Collaborate with the pharmacy supervisor to prepare facility orders, ensure seamless collaboration with Supply and Medical teams, and maintain up-to-date pharmacy management tools and accurate consumption data.
