Manager - Design & Tender

* Spearhead system design for PV modelling projects, driving the development of Industrial Rooftop Solar Projects. * Architect comprehensive project plans using computer-aided design (CAD), encompassing PV layouts, SLD, BOM preparation, 3D/2D modelling, and fabrication drawings. * Drive the tender process from inception to completion, crafting and submitting winning Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and bids for solar projects. * Lead e-GP tender submissions, ensuring meticulous documentation and adherence to tender protocols. * Develop and manage project documentation, including BOQs, quotations, and techno-commercial offers that showcase the company's value proposition. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate bid strategies that balance product, pricing, and legal considerations, ensuring competitive and compliant bids. * Engage with stakeholders through pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and market intelligence gathering to inform and refine future bid approaches.
