Factory Operations Manager (Skincare)

* Drive daily factory operations to achieve seamless production of skincare products, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. * Spearhead production planning, overseeing schedules, and machine utilization to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. * Architect and implement quality control measures, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and coordinating with QA/QC teams for testing and approvals. * Manage inventory and raw materials, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with procurement to ensure timely supply, reduce wastage, and optimize cost efficiency. * Lead and supervise production staff, line supervisors, and workers, fostering a culture of discipline, and providing training and guidance on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols. * Identify areas for process improvement, suggesting and implementing cost-saving initiatives, and maintaining production reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). * Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment, coordinating with the maintenance team for machinery upkeep, and effectively handling emergency situations. * Develop and execute strategies to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve quality, and enhance customer satisfaction. * Analyze production data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, and presenting insights to inform business decisions.
