API & Integration Specialist (Xero / QuickBooks / Zoho Books Migration)

* Drive seamless data migrations across Xero, QuickBooks Online, and Zoho Books, ensuring accuracy and efficiency * Architect and implement API integrations using REST APIs, JSON, and OAuth 2.0 authentication, with hands-on experience in API testing tools like Postman * Develop and automate workflows and scripts using Python, with a focus on data mapping, transformation, and large dataset handling * Manage and troubleshoot integrations with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Stripe, and PayPal, as well as accounting tools like A2X * Lead data validation and reconciliation efforts post-migration, ensuring data integrity and consistency * Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement data structures and migration requirements, aligning with accounting principles and system knowledge * Build and maintain expertise in cloud accounting systems, including Xero, QuickBooks Online, and Zoho Books, with a strong understanding of chart of accounts, accounts receivable, and bank transactions * Design and implement automation solutions using tools like Zapier or Make (Integromat), with a focus on streamlining workflows and improving efficiency * Analyze and resolve integration and sync issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure seamless system operations * Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing expert guidance and support on API and integration projects
