Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders to drive meaningful outcomes
* Design and deliver personalized therapy plans, leveraging assessment findings to inform evidence-based interventions
* Facilitate engaging therapy sessions for diverse populations, including children and individuals with unique needs
* Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including occupational therapists, special educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
* Maintain meticulous records of client progress, session notes, and reports to ensure data-driven decision making
* Empower parents and caregivers with tailored guidance and strategies to support home practice and reinforce therapy goals
* Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions, sharing expertise and insights to inform best practices
* Drive continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and refining therapy goals, adjusting plans as needed to optimize results
* Champion awareness campaigns and community outreach programs, promoting the importance of speech and language services
* Develop and disseminate regular progress reports to stakeholders, including families, management, and external partners
* Leverage expertise in speech and language assessment tools and intervention techniques to inform practice and drive innovation
* Build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues through exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* Demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding in working with children and families, providing a supportive and inclusive environment
* Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple caseloads and prioritizing tasks with ease
* Utilize technology, including Microsoft Office programs, to streamline documentation, reporting, and communication
* Embody a passion for humanitarian and social work, driving positive change and outcomes through dedicated practice
