Key Responsibilities

* Drive the empowerment of Rohingya women and girls through strategic training, entrepreneurship development, and income-generating activities, ensuring sustainable women's empowerment and leadership. * Architect and implement skill development and economic empowerment strategies, integrating gender and social inclusion priorities to promote women's protection and well-being. * Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including TVET, NGOs, and local committees, to strengthen market linkages and create opportunities for women entrepreneurs. * Lead sectoral demand analysis and strategy development to enhance women's access to sustainable income-generating activities, promoting sector-wise entrepreneurship and economic growth. * Develop and execute annual and quarterly work plans, aligning with project goals, donor requirements, and key performance indicators to ensure effective project delivery. * Monitor project progress, identify challenges, and propose solutions to ensure timely and effective project implementation, providing regular guidance and mentoring to field staff and volunteers. * Design and deliver training and workshops on leadership, financial literacy, business management, and gender-based violence prevention, promoting knowledge sharing and peer learning among project participants. * Develop innovative products and services, training materials, and project tools to meet the needs of Rohingya women, ensuring logistic support and efficient project implementation. * Manage data collection and analysis, informing decision-making and identifying areas for improvement, and prepare regular progress reports and other relevant documentation. * Facilitate capacity building, coordination, and development of tools and strategies to promote sustainable women's empowerment and leadership, ensuring effective capacity building and stakeholder engagement. * Ensure robust monitoring and evaluation systems, tracking project progress and impact, and provide support for budget planning, cash management, and stock maintenance.

Requirements

Experience

At least 3 years

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Textile Engineering
  • Fashion designing
  • Fine Arts
  • MBA

Additional Requirements

  • Adequate knowledge and skills on decent employment and market demand for enterprise development
  • Ability to establish an entrepreneurship development network
  • Proficient in MS Office package and capable of managing MIS
  • Support/ ability to develop module
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Good presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to conduct training
  • Technical knowledge on different trade & design development
  • Ability of stock maintenance & cash management
