* Spearhead security operations across Aarong's Corporate Office, outlets, and installations, ensuring the protection of people, assets, and infrastructure through effective strategy implementation and team management. * Drive the development and execution of comprehensive security plans, aligning with organizational standards and stakeholder expectations. * Lead emergency response efforts, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity. * Architect and manage security systems, equipment, and protocols, including fire safety and risk management, to maintain a secure environment. * Foster strong relationships with contractors, service providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless security operations and compliance with safety standards. * Develop and implement training programs for stakeholders on fire safety, emergency response, and security protocols, promoting a culture of safety and awareness. * Oversee the performance of security personnel, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure exceptional service quality and cost-effectiveness. * Collaborate with project teams to integrate security planning into new project initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational security standards and policies. * Champion safeguarding practices, promoting a safe and respectful work environment, and providing expertise and support to team members on safeguarding policies and procedures. * Embed safeguarding standards into all aspects of security operations, ensuring the protection of team members from harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation. * Establish and maintain a robust reporting procedure for safeguarding incidents, encouraging transparency and accountability across the organization.
