Manager/Asst. Manager Commercial (Custom Bond)

* Spearhead the import process by opening and managing Import and BTB L/Cs, ensuring seamless transactions. * Drive export document negotiation, collection of maturity dates, and payments from buyer's banks, streamlining revenue generation. * Receive and process L/Cs from buyers, facilitating trade operations. * Architect and issue critical certificates, including BTMA/BDYEA, Utilization Declaration (UD), and Utilization Permission (UP), to support buyer requirements. * Develop and issue various correspondence letters, licenses, and permits, such as BOI, Textile Department, ERC, IRC, Fire License, E-TIN, VAT, and others, to maintain regulatory compliance. * Manage license renewals, including BOI, Textile Department, and others, to ensure uninterrupted business operations. * Investigate and resolve buyer claims, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution. * Foster and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including BGMEA, EPB, banks, and other regulatory bodies. * Prepare and issue Pro-forma Invoices (PI), documents for negotiation or acceptance, and various statements, as required, to support business transactions. * Coordinate with transport and C&F agents, as needed, to ensure timely deliveries and follow-up on all shipments. * Contribute to budgeting processes, providing critical input to the Finance Department. * Lead company registration and amendment processes, including Joint Stock Company and Firms registration, Textile Department amendments, and VAT return submissions, to ensure compliance and regulatory adherence. * Oversee machinery import processes, ensuring efficient and compliant operations.
