Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development of high-impact safeguarding training content, including modules, materials, and facilitator guides, to drive organisational capacity and compliance.
* Design and deliver safeguarding orientation, refresher trainings, and awareness sessions for diverse stakeholders, leveraging online and in-person platforms to maximise reach and engagement.
* Architect comprehensive training logistics, schedules, and learning materials in collaboration with programmes and support services, ensuring seamless execution and participant experience.
* Drive Training of Trainers (ToT) initiatives and facilitate select sessions to build a robust network of safeguarding champions across the organisation.
* Develop and disseminate innovative IEC, BCC, and awareness materials to promote safeguarding standards and practices, leveraging print, audio-visual, and digital channels.
* Manage a centralised record of safeguarding training activities, providing real-time insights and data-driven recommendations for improvement.
* Establish and maintain a secure, confidential, and compliant documentation system for safeguarding-related materials, including policies, procedures, and training resources.
* Ensure timely, accurate, and standardised documentation of training activities, field visits, and safeguarding initiatives, supporting internal and donor reporting requirements.
* Support the creation of knowledge products, briefs, and presentations that showcase safeguarding training and capacity development successes, challenges, and lessons learned.
* Develop and implement effective archiving and record-retention strategies, aligning with organisational data protection and confidentiality requirements.
* Drive MEAL activities related to safeguarding training, including database management, participation tracking, and coverage analysis to inform training effectiveness and areas for improvement.
* Analyse participant feedback, assessment data, and learning outcomes to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations for safeguarding training and capacity development initiatives.
* Coordinate field visits, spot checks, and follow-up actions to ensure safeguarding training implementation and awareness, providing support to programmes and stakeholders as needed.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safeguarding into organisational systems, processes, and culture, promoting a safe and respectful work environment for all.

- Masters on Social Science or any relevant subjects
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in safeguarding, PSEA, child protection, gender, training, documentation, or capacity development
- Experience in humanitarian or development programmes and field-based work
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, PSEA, and organisational prevention approaches
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and capacity development practices
- Excellent documentation, report writing, and information management skills
- Training facilitation and material development skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English
- Basic data management and analysis skills
- Attention to detail and respect for confidentiality
- Strong coordination and organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Commitment to safeguarding principles and zero tolerance to harm
