Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead the development of a centralized material intelligence system, encompassing a style-wise database of accessories, specifications, consumption, and sourcing origin to drive informed decision-making.
* Architect a standardized material classification and mapping framework across all product categories, ensuring seamless integration and data consistency.
* Drive the implementation of a structured framework for local vs. import sourcing decisions, analyzing material consumption patterns to unlock volume leverage opportunities and optimize sourcing strategies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability, facilitating informed decision-making and aligning sourcing strategies with overall business objectives.
* Develop and execute supplier allocation strategies to maximize consistency, reliability, and value creation, while ensuring strong adherence to the company's nominated supplier framework.
* Foster strategic partnerships with nominated suppliers to understand capabilities, capacity, and development opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance visibility, efficiency, and sourcing discipline.
* Lead coordination with factories' merchandising and procurement teams to ensure execution of the defined sourcing strategy, and proactively address deviations from approved strategies to minimize risks.
* Analyze and resolve challenges related to material selection, sourcing feasibility, and supplier alignment, providing expert guidance and support to stakeholders.
* Track and analyze key metrics related to material standardization, local sourcing adoption, and supplier compliance, providing regular insights and reports to management on sourcing trends, risks, and opportunities.
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement, identifying areas for optimization and implementing initiatives to enhance sourcing efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall business performance.

Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
- Graduate in supply chain management, Business Administration, Textile Engineering, or related field
Additional Requirements
- Strong knowledge of accessories materials and local supplier market
- Experience working with material ordering matrix and BOM control
- Good understanding of production planning and supply chain flow
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- Strong sense of ownership, commitment to quality, and service-oriented mindset
