Assistant Manager - Accounts - (Re-Advertisement)

* Spearhead day-to-day accounting operations, driving accuracy and efficiency in accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. * Architect and review financial statements, reports, and forecasts, ensuring precision and compliance with applicable accounting standards. * Analyze and interpret financial data to identify areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations for cost reduction and process optimization. * Conduct thorough audits to ensure adherence to internal controls, identifying and mitigating financial risks and irregularities. * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies, to facilitate financial audits and ensure compliance. * Lead and support the accounting team, providing expert guidance on complex transactions, problem-solving, and resolving accounting discrepancies. * Develop and prepare key financial statements, including Foreign Direct Investment statements and quarterly statements for financial offices. * Ensure compliance with tax regulations, maintaining accurate TDS and VDS records for cash transactions. * Stay ahead of the curve, monitoring changes in accounting standards, regulations, and best practices, and implementing necessary adjustments to accounting processes and procedures. * Drive the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate financial risks. * Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process, providing insightful analysis and input to support informed decision-making. * Mentor and train junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and excellence.
