* Drive quality excellence by monitoring production operations at ZXY partner factories, ensuring adherence to production standards and specifications throughout the manufacturing process. * Lead fabric approval and inventory management, updating AQM/QAM on any issues and collaborating with factory personnel to resolve them. * Foster strong relationships with factory key personnel to ensure timely delivery, sampling, and sewing, and escalate exceptions and delays to QA and QAM as needed. * Architect and implement quality control processes, including size set checks, pattern amendments, and pre-production meetings to ensure seamless production. * Manage line setup processes, including line feeding, machine setup, and mockup approval, to guarantee efficient production. * Conduct rigorous quality checks, including fabric quality, color, and test requirements, to maintain high-quality standards in bulk production. * Develop and maintain washing standards, hand-feel, shade, and test parameters to ensure consistency in bulk production. * Achieve and exceed sample quality and delivery KPIs, targeting above 95% first-time and on-time sample approval from ZXY HQ. * Implement and maintain best practices and process control points to ensure adherence to ZXY SOPs for all customer-grade orders. * Inspect and verify print panels, cutting quality, and factory QC records to identify and address production issues. * Ensure print and embroidery quality, shade, hand feel, and durability in bulk production through random wash tests and daily machine calibration. * Conduct daily in-line, pre-final inspections, and measurement checks to guarantee high-quality products and identify areas for improvement. * Identify and report any information gaps, unethical behavior, or concerns to ZXY HQ, ensuring transparency and accountability.
