Deputy Manager / Manager - Credit Control Department

* Drive timely collection and recovery of customer outstanding balances through daily monitoring and proactive follow-up. * Architect efficient invoicing processes to ensure accuracy and prompt delivery to customers. * Lead customer engagement efforts through strategic calls, emails, and visits to secure payments and build strong relationships. * Manage payment commitments by tracking and enforcing adherence to agreed-upon dates. * Oversee customer credit limits, ensuring they are not exceeded and adjusting as necessary to mitigate risk. * Analyze customer credit behavior, identifying and escalating high-risk accounts to minimize potential losses. * Reconcile customer ledgers with payment receipts, resolving discrepancies and ensuring accurate records. * Collaborate with banks and internal teams to verify payment receipts and resolve any mismatches. * Investigate and resolve invoice, payment, and ledger discrepancies to maintain data integrity. * Develop and submit regular collection and aging reports to inform business decisions and optimize credit operations. * Foster cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Billing, and Finance teams to ensure seamless credit management. * Maintain meticulous documentation of customer interactions, invoices, and payments to support audit and compliance requirements. * Champion company credit policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance and adherence to established guidelines.
