Officer/Senior Officer, QC (Rice Plant)

• Lead quality control initiatives across the entire production cycle, from receiving to final stages, for paddy, rice, and by-products. • Oversee and optimize processing stages, including cleaning, drying, milling, grading, and polishing, to meet stringent quality standards. • Drive laboratory testing and analysis, encompassing moisture levels, broken percentages, foreign matter, and chalkiness, to ensure product excellence. • Architect and implement food safety protocols, adhering to global standards such as HACCP, GMP, and ISO, to guarantee compliance and consumer safety. • Identify and troubleshoot quality issues, collaborating with production teams to devise and implement corrective actions that enhance overall quality. • Manage and maintain precise QC records, logs, and documentation, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness. • Supervise and mentor QC assistants, ensuring adherence to standardized sampling and testing methodologies. • Monitor and control storage conditions to prevent contamination, quality degradation, and product loss. • Handle customer complaints and conduct thorough root cause analyses to resolve quality-related issues and improve customer satisfaction. • Ensure the calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment, as well as a clean and organized QC lab environment, to support accurate testing and analysis. • Support internal and external audits, driving compliance readiness and continuous improvement initiatives to uphold the highest quality standards.
