Security Inspector

* Spearhead the creation of daily security duty rosters, aligning with DO Admin & Security instructions, and verify guard attendance to ensure seamless coverage. * Empower security guards to excel in their roles by providing guidance, addressing concerns, and conducting regular post visits to resolve issues promptly. * Drive the submission of daily reports to DO Admin & Security, adhering to established formats and deadlines. * Conduct rigorous inspections of critical security instruments, including CCTV cameras, access control points, fire extinguishers, and fire exits, to guarantee functionality and readiness. * Enforce strict adherence to security policies, monitoring entries and exits, and verifying that all goods are properly documented and cleared through gate passes or challans. * Implement a robust lost and found process, ensuring that all discovered items are meticulously documented and stored in a designated area. * Oversee security operations across the university, prioritizing the safety and security of guests attending events, and providing strategic guidance to assigned guards. * Architect and deliver training sessions for security supervisors and guards, enhancing their skills and knowledge to drive exceptional security outcomes. * Activate emergency response protocols in the event of fires or related incidents, swiftly notifying fire services or relevant teams to minimize risk and ensure a prompt response.
