Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead the development and maintenance of comprehensive employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Architect and execute seamless recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes that foster a positive and engaging employee experience.
* Drive attendance management, crafting and implementing effective duty rosters for diverse teams, including medical professionals and support staff.
* Champion compliance with company policies, labor laws, and healthcare quality standards, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
* Oversee the daily administration of office operations, facilities, equipment, and supplies, guaranteeing a productive and efficient work environment.
* Lead the implementation of rigorous cleanliness, sanitation, and infection control protocols across all areas, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
* Foster strategic partnerships with vendors and service providers, ensuring timely and effective maintenance, security, and cleaning services.
* Mediate conflicts and promote a positive, inclusive work culture, encouraging open communication and collaboration among team members.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies aligned with healthcare quality standards, including patient safety and biomedical waste management.
* Monitor and optimize front desk operations, patient flow, and waiting area management, ensuring a seamless and patient-centric experience.
* Enforce staff punctuality, dress code, and workplace conduct standards, maintaining a professional and respectful work environment.
* Manage monthly payroll processing in close coordination with the corporate HR and Accounts departments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Serve as a key liaison with the corporate office, providing regular updates and insights on HR and administrative matters, and driving strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Experience
At least 7 years
Education
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- PGD in HRM
Additional Requirements
