Manager - Business Analysis & Planning

• Architect the Annual Business Plan by translating strategic directives into tangible objectives and key results. • Drive market intelligence through surveys, competitor analysis, and strategic planning to propel organizational growth. • Lead the execution of the Annual Business Plan, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and facilitating regular business reviews with key account personnel. • Craft the Annual Performance Report, leveraging target vs. achievement analysis to inform Sales & Marketing strategies and Wholesaler/Retailer network optimization. • Develop and distribute timely Sales Performance Reports to top management, harnessing SAP data to inform daily, weekly, and monthly business decisions. • Spearhead the Sales Forecasting Process, delivering quarterly projections for local and imported products to ensure accurate planning and resource allocation. • Foster cross-functional collaboration as a key liaison between Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, IT, and Finance teams, resolving sales operation issues and streamlining workflows. • Support Senior Management in developing compelling business presentations and analysis, providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.
