Manager / Senior Manager - IE & Planning - Genesis Fashions Ltd.

* Spearhead process optimization by conducting time and motion studies to establish accurate Standard Minute Values (SMV) and drive efficiency gains. * Architect operation breakdowns and method improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste. * Drive line balancing initiatives to maximize efficiency and output. * Manage and improve key performance indicators such as line efficiency, Defects per Hundred Units (DHU), and overall productivity. * Implement and maintain lean manufacturing tools, including Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies. * Identify and analyze bottlenecks, developing corrective action plans to address them. * Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality. * Create and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans, prioritizing orders and aligning with factory capabilities and shipment deadlines. * Oversee capacity planning, ensuring alignment with factory capabilities and shipment deadlines. * Monitor Work in Progress (WIP) and ensure seamless production flow across cutting, sewing, and finishing stages. * Collaborate with merchandising teams to coordinate order booking, delivery schedules, and changes. * Track production progress against plans, taking corrective action to address deviations and ensure on-time shipment. * Calculate and validate SMV for costing and production feasibility, supporting merchandising teams in cost negotiation and CM calculation. * Optimize manpower utilization to minimize cost per unit and maximize efficiency. * Lead and supervise Industrial Engineering (IE) and Planning teams, providing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and performance. * Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for team performance, ensuring cross-functional coordination with Production, QA, Maintenance, and Merchandising teams. * Present analysis and improvement plans to top management, driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with buyer requirements and industry standards. * Champion digitalization and automation of IE and planning systems, including ERP and Oracle. * Embrace a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and excellence in all aspects of the role.
