* Spearhead IT strategy development, driving digital transformation and cybersecurity initiatives to propel business growth. * Architect comprehensive reviews of existing IT infrastructure, systems, and applications to pinpoint areas for enhancement and risk mitigation. * Champion regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to Board directives and industry standards for IT and information security functions. * Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency, implementing strategies that bolster system security, customer experience, and overall business performance. * Lead the implementation of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) solutions, Risk-Based Supervision requirements, and IFRS 9-related technological compliance, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to regulatory standards. * Fortify cybersecurity frameworks, aligning them with industry best practices and regulatory requirements to safeguard the Bank's assets and reputation. * Manage and update IT policies, guidelines, and operational manuals, aiming to minimize IT risk and elevate the Bank's overall risk rating.
