Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead day-to-day administrative operations across all offices, ensuring seamless functionality and efficiency.

* Drive timely payment of utility bills and administrative expenses, ensuring fiscal responsibility and compliance.

* Design and implement a robust staff ID card system, ensuring all employees have secure and up-to-date identification.
* Orchestrate internal meetings, training sessions, and organizational events, providing top-notch logistical support and coordination.
* Oversee guest house operations, delivering exceptional accommodation experiences for visitors and staff.
* Foster a safe and secure work environment, collaborating with relevant departments to implement and maintain robust safety measures.
* Lead and develop support staff, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to enhance their skills and performance.
* Optimize meeting room allocation, prioritizing usage and ensuring maximum productivity.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive administrative documentation, including notes, reports, and records.
* Coordinate travel and logistics for personnel, ensuring efficient and cost-effective arrangements.
* Collaborate on the development, implementation, and compliance of administrative policies and procedures, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
* Power recruitment processes, including CV screening, interview coordination, and evaluation.
* Develop and maintain accurate recruitment documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
* Address employee disciplinary matters with fairness, transparency, and adherence to organizational policies.
* Streamline Staff Information Bureau (SIB) processes, ensuring efficient data management and documentation.
* Leverage HRIS software to optimize employee data management, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
* Maintain and organize personnel files, ensuring confidentiality, data accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Generate HR-related reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth and improvement.

Experience
At least 2 years
Education
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
