Key Responsibilities
* Drive customer engagement by serving as a single point of contact, understanding their needs, and guiding them through our core services, from initial inquiry to successful enrollment.
* Architect seamless on-boarding experiences by processing applications, registrations, and payments with precision and accuracy.
* Deliver exceptional support to enrolled students, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch customer service.
* Manage sales pipelines effectively by maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, lead statuses, and sales progress using our Customer Information Management System.
* Counsel students on study abroad options, providing clear guidance on university requirements, tuition fees, and accommodation to empower informed decisions.
* Facilitate application processing by assisting students in gathering necessary documents and ensuring timely submission of university applications.
* Coordinate visa and travel arrangements, including tuition payments and airport pickups, to ensure a smooth transition for students.
* Stay up-to-date on university criteria and destination information to provide confident and accurate guidance to students.
* Lead exam logistics from registration to results distribution, ensuring efficient data entry, fee collection, and test scheduling.
* Ensure test security and integrity by organizing exam venues, proctors, and invigilation, and adhering to exam board rules.
* Provide post-exam support by coordinating results distribution, addressing candidate queries, and maintaining strong relationships with exam boards.
* Foster a collaborative team environment by sharing best practices and expertise with colleagues, including the team in Chattogram.
* Offer support to other teams as needed to drive the overall success of the centre.
