Architect (Deputy Manager/ Manager) - P&C

* Spearhead project conceptualization, developing comprehensive briefs for consultant architectural firms and internal stakeholders. * Drive business growth by providing expert development and control knowledge to Business Development teams, ensuring compliance with regulations like DAP and FAR. * Architect project briefs for sales teams, infusing them with architectural expertise to drive sales success. * Innovate and improve conceptual designs, providing creative inputs to enhance project quality. * Lead the development of authority drawings, ensuring timely approvals and seamless construction execution. * Oversee the integration of architectural designs with structural and MEP systems, guaranteeing a cohesive and functional built environment. * Develop and refine: + Detailed drawings and material specifications + Interior and exterior finishes, including common areas and amenities + Specialty spaces like gymnasiums, pools, and community areas + Reception and lift lobby interiors + Landscape and lighting designs * Pioneer research and development initiatives to diversify the design portfolio and stay ahead of industry trends. * Create immersive 3D views to visualize modified designs and facilitate stakeholder engagement. * Facilitate site visits and collaborations between consultants, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure project success. * Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure alignment with the Master Project Schedule. * Troubleshoot on-site design and coordination issues, providing effective solutions to minimize delays and costs. * Specify high-quality materials, balancing performance, sustainability, and budget requirements. * Foster a culture of continuous learning, organizing training and workshops to upskill teams and drive innovation. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, to develop compelling presentations and design kits that showcase project excellence. * Adapt designs to meet evolving Sales requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. * Provide project oversight from inception to completion, coordinating with Project Heads to ensure timely delivery and exceptional quality.
