* Drive cross-functional collaboration with production, engineering, warehouse, and administrative teams to gather activity data and develop comprehensive ABC costing reports. * Analyze raw material and packaging consumption to determine actual gains and losses, and track usage and waste to optimize resource allocation. * Manage the factory's petty cash fund, ensuring timely and approved disbursements, and maintain accurate records of all transactions. * Spearhead payment processing by preparing requisitions and coordinating with headquarters to facilitate seamless transactions. * Oversee and update the factory's fixed assets to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Monitor and allocate factory overhead costs to respective departments, promoting transparency and accountability. * Conduct regular audits to reconcile consumption figures with closing stock levels, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions. * Architect budget preparation in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives. * Validate supplier invoices against purchase orders, goods received notes, and delivery records to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Identify and capitalize on cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements, driving business growth and profitability.
