Key Responsibilities
* Drive the implementation of shelter, site improvement, and energy interventions across multiple camps, ensuring timely, compliant, and effective execution.
* Foster strategic partnerships with Shelter Cluster partners, UN agencies, and relevant sectors to align operations, share information, and support cluster planning.
* Collaborate with the Sector Lead to develop programme plans, designs, budgets, and the Annual Operation Plan (AOP), ensuring sector strategies are integrated.
* Architect community-based, cost-effective shelter intervention strategies that promote community engagement, ownership, and participation.
* Oversee the quality and accountability of shelter assessments, beneficiary targeting, and implementation approaches, ensuring consistency across camps.
* Manage monitoring systems, data consolidation, and information management to track progress, identify gaps, and inform decision-making.
* Represent shelter programming in external meetings, including donor and sector meetings, as delegated by the Program Manager.
* Lead capacity-building initiatives for field teams, providing guidance, mentoring, and targeted training to enhance performance.
* Champion the integration of safeguarding, PSEA, gender equality, and inclusion standards across all shelter interventions, promoting a safe and respectful environment.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of programme participants, team members, and stakeholders, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
* Provide expertise and support on safeguarding, promoting a culture of safety and respect, and encouraging the reporting of any incidents or concerns.

- Strong knowledge of shelter programming, construction monitoring, and site management
- Understanding of project implementation, field coordination, logistics processes, and donor compliance
- Effective coordination across multiple camps or clusters
- Strong stakeholder relationships and collaboration
- Clear and professional communication in Bangla and English
- Basic analytical skills to track progress and monitor field activities
- Problem-solving, prioritization, and time management skills
