Business Development Officer

* Drive business growth by conducting regular market visits to Thana/Upazila levels under Rangpur division to identify new clients and opportunities. * Implement sales strategies and plans under the guidance of the Sales Team Leader to achieve market penetration. * Architect and maintain key customer relationships through research, data collection, and lead establishment, ensuring seamless interactions with existing and new clients. * Deliver exceptional client support, providing timely information and guidance to foster long-term partnerships. * Lead market research and analysis to inform strategic plans, monitor progress, and evaluate market trends to achieve corporate targets. * Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business expansion, aligning with organizational goals and objectives. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits, support, and guidance, ensuring high customer satisfaction. * Analyze market dynamics and develop initiatives to capitalize on emerging opportunities, driving business growth and revenue. * Manage office operations and tasks as needed, ensuring seamless execution of duties during emergency situations. * Pioneer new routes to market, identifying and pursuing business opportunities to expand the customer base. * Perform ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
