Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead exceptional client experiences through tailored service and support. * Foster strong public relations, promoting a positive image of the organization. * Drive customer motivation and deliver personalized counseling to ensure satisfaction. * Build and maintain robust relationships between clients and the organization, facilitating open communication. * Streamline administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and appointment management. * Safeguard client confidentiality and ensure accurate maintenance of patient records. * Provide administrative support to supervisors and teams, enhancing overall office efficiency. * Facilitate seamless communication between departments, driving collaboration and productivity. * Orchestrate patient appointments, from counseling and confirmation to record-keeping and documentation. * Adapt to evolving priorities, taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by Management to drive organizational success.
