Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead new business development by cultivating a robust pipeline of key clients, including brands, agencies, and production houses, through strategic research and outreach. * Drive growth by identifying and engaging decision-makers, delivering tailored pitches, and negotiating contracts that meet business objectives. * Foster long-term relationships with existing clients by staying attuned to their evolving needs, preferences, and budgets, and proactively offering innovative solutions and services. * Architect and execute customized proposals that convert into confirmed bookings, ensuring seamless transitions and maximum client satisfaction. * Champion deal quality by ensuring accurate pricing, protecting agency margins, and enforcing payment terms to mitigate risk and optimize revenue. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project handoffs, manage invoicing and collections, and provide regular pipeline updates to inform business decisions. * Lead the development of strategic partnerships and collaborations that expand Spark's services and drive business expansion, while maintaining a customer-centric approach. * Manage and optimize the sales process to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with business goals, while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Additional Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of proven experience in sales or account management
  • Relevant professional certifications in Sales, Digital Marketing, or Business Development
  • Strong negotiation capability
  • Fluent in Bangla with working proficiency in English
  • Clear understanding of pricing frameworks
