Key Responsibilities

* Drive HR operational excellence by streamlining employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding, to ensure seamless transitions and enhanced employee experiences. * Architect and implement effective HR document management systems, issuing timely and accurate communications, such as confirmation letters and policy updates, to foster transparency and compliance. * Lead HRIS management, maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, and leveraging data insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth. * Manage payroll coordination, validating attendance, overtime, and leave data to ensure accurate processing, and resolving employee queries to promote a positive and supportive work environment. * Foster strong employee relationships by serving as a primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing guidance on policies and benefits, and supporting managers in addressing employee concerns and workplace issues. * Develop and implement data-driven strategies to analyze turnover patterns, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to HR leadership, driving employee engagement and retention initiatives. * Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law requirements and internal policies, maintaining statutory registers, employee files, and HR documentation to meet audit standards and mitigate risks. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support audits, ensuring documentation accuracy and readiness, and driving a culture of transparency and accountability within the organization.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
