Quality Control Technician

* Spearhead quality control initiatives, inspecting raw materials, production lines, and finished garments to meet AQL standards and drive excellence. * Identify and rectify defects in fabric, cutting, sewing, and finishing, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. * Oversee production processes to ensure alignment with buyer specifications and quality standards, driving compliance and consistency. * Optimize machine performance through calibration and maintenance, ensuring operational efficiency and minimizing downtime. * Develop and maintain comprehensive quality reports, inspection records, and documentation to facilitate audits and continuous improvement. * Architect and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to enhance quality and drive business growth. * Educate and train operators and line supervisors on quality standards, defect prevention, and best practices to foster a culture of excellence. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, merchandising, and quality, to resolve quality issues and drive business outcomes. * Uphold company quality policies, SOPs, and GMP, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements. * Support internal and external audits, providing transparent and accurate information to stakeholders. * Drive quality improvement initiatives, working closely with production and engineering teams to identify and address quality concerns. * Ensure the proper use and maintenance of testing equipment, maintaining accurate calibration records and adhering to quality protocols. * Deliver effective training programs, leveraging machines and manpower to minimize costs, maximize efficiency, and drive business results.
