Key Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through prompt and professional responses to inbound calls and queries.
• Facilitate seamless order management, including placement, status updates, and delivery coordination, to drive customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns, processing returns and refunds in a fair and efficient manner.
• Capture and update customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Drive process efficiency by maintaining meticulous records, including daily call logs, follow-ups, and performance reports.
• Serve as a product expert, providing customers with accurate and engaging information on offerings, promotions, and campaigns.
• De-escalate conflicts and diffuse tense situations with empathy and poise, ensuring courteous communication with all customers.
• Collaborate with team leaders to share insights and feedback, informing process improvements and optimizing customer outcomes.
• Contribute to sales growth and customer satisfaction targets through proactive engagement and tailored support.
• Initiate outbound calls to confirm orders, address customer concerns, or follow up on pending issues, fostering trust and loyalty.
